Straightforward terms.

By using any of the Tongue apps, you agree to use the apps only for lawful purposes and at your own risk.

The Tongue apps are not medical, health, or professional advice. Features that track health-related information (such as peptide and dosing logs in PepDose) are for your own informational use and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

The Tongue apps rely on third-party services, including APIs from LLM providers, image generation providers, and other tools you choose to connect. You are responsible for your accounts with those providers and for any charges, limits, or restrictions they impose.

Subscriptions and purchases. Some apps offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, managed through RevenueCat and the app store you purchased from (Apple or Google). Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that app store under its terms, and your subscription will renew unless you cancel it through your app store account.

The Tongue apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Chad Newbry LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue any of the Tongue apps at any time.

SMS messaging program terms

The following terms apply specifically to the Tongue app's optional text-messaging feature.

Program name: Tongue SMS Agent.

Description:Tongue SMS Agent is an owner-only text-messaging program. After the account owner provisions a phone number inside the Tongue app, that number is assigned to the owner's personal AI assistant. The owner can then text or call the assigned number from their own mobile device to receive assistant replies, reminders, schedule and fitness updates, meal information, and other responses related to their own account. The program does not send messages to anyone other than the account owner who enrolled their own number.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how often the account owner initiates conversation with their own assistant.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message to receive support information, or email chad@trytongue.com.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of the Tongue SMS Agent program at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you re-enroll.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See the Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and message content are handled. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
